The delicate fruit lingers on the palate before a cleansing, long finish held together with crisp Clare Valley acidity borne from fruit grown and picked exclusively to make rosé. It’s a wine that leaves you wanting another glass.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"woocommerce-product-details__winemaking_notes additional_row\"\u003e\n\u003ch4 class=\"heading\"\u003eWinemaking Notes\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUnlike many other roses, the fruit for this wine was grown at our Rogers vineyard with only the purpose of making Rosé. Grenache and Sangiovese were harvested at the perfect maturity for rosé winemaking, crushed, chilled and pressed short after to minimise colour extraction while retaining the vibrant red berry flavours. The juices were cold settled and fermented separately at low temperatures for maximum fruit expression prior to careful blending, stabilisation, clarification and bottling.
