One Bottle of 2006  Tim Adams ‘Aberfeldy’ Shiraz

The wine has vibrant magenta colour with aromatics of cherry, plum, dark berries and chocolate, complemented by the oak-derived characters of clove, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. The palate is full bodied, with dark berry conserve flavours and balanced oak, tannin and acidity. The wine has persistent sweet fruit and oak aftertaste.

This wine has lifted red berry aromas and flavours of Tempranillo, with spiciness from Grenache and mid palate richness with berry and violet characters coming from Malbec.

This wine has bright magenta colour with aromas and flavours of violet, blackberry and mulberry and complexity given by 24 months American oak maturation.
The palate is full and soft in front and middle, with flavour of small berry fruit and again the oak complementing the fruit. The finish is medium firm with tannins coming from both fruit and oak.

This sophisticated wine has a rich deep crimson hue with aromas and flavours of blackberry, mulberry and dark cherry. Further complexity is built through 24 months of American oak maturation. The front palate and mid-palate is full and soft, with flavours of small berry fruit and spice complemented by the oak. The wine finishes with integrated toasted oak and firm, structural tannin.
