Tim Adams Spring Collection

Our Spring Collection brings together three Clare Valley wines for the season’s shared meals and slower afternoons.

With two bottles each of our 2026 Riesling, 2025 Fiano and 2024 Sangiovese, this six-bottle selection moves from bright citrus and textured whites to a savoury, medium-bodied red.

2 × 2026 Tim Adams Riesling
Lifted lemon, lime and green apple, with delicate notes of lemon blossom, grapefruit and white peach. Pure citrus flavours and lively acidity make this a refreshing match for seafood or a glass before lunch.

2 × 2025 Tim Adams Fiano
Generous white stone fruit flavours meet fresh herbal notes in this beautifully textured wine. A creamy palate balanced by crisp acidity makes it a lovely partner for mushroom pasta or ricotta ravioli.

2 × 2024 Tim Adams Sangiovese
Crunchy wild berries and cranberry compote, layered with dried herbs and spicy oak. Medium-bodied with refreshing acidity and firm, fine tannins, it is well suited to an antipasti spread or a slow-cooked pork ragù. Currently not available for purchase outside of this Spring Collection.
